Hi! We are Srividya and Sindhuri. The two of us have been best friends since high school. By using this site as a medium, we are trying to bridge the gap between medical science and the people it serves by using simple language and satire.
I, Srividya, have a Master’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology with a few years of research experience in cancer biology, while Sindhuri is a Medical Doctor who worked tirelessly during COVID (Thank you!!!). She finds it thrilling to work in the ER and facepalms when people take Amoxicillin for the cold.
Together, the two of us will break down some of the things that vex us (tanning on purpose), things that fascinate us (the failure of the immune system in cancer and autoimmunity – are they in any way linked?) in medical science into simple words for our sakes and yours as well.
